Two-storied building with general area of 1265 sq. m., was built in у 1884.Kharkovcity administration worked in this building before the revolution. The building was handed on to NUPh in 1952.
In 2001 there was initiated general overhaul of the education building in Povstaniya Str. and was finished by 2004.
