IDENTIFICATION AND QUANTITATIVE DETERMINATION OF ACTIVE COMPONENTS OF “DERMALIPOIN” CREAM
The techniques of high performance liquid chromatography for the determination of α-lipoic acid and tea tree oil in the new medicament for use in the diabetic foot were developed. Offered modern techniques allow both the identification and quantitative determination of test substance in the cream.

DEVELOPMENT OF COMPOSITE GEL “DENTATRYHIN”
The choice of gelling agent has been proved by means of structural and mechanical, physical and chemical studies. For this it was selected a range of modern gelling agents most commonly used in the development of dental gel (the carbomer of the mark “934”, sodium alginate and hydroxyethylcellulose), and the experimental models with and selected active compounds (triclosan, aminocaproic acid, lavender oil) were studied. It is established that the sample of gel with the the carbomer of the mark “934” at a concentration of 0,8 % had the best structural and mechanical, physical and chemical properties and consumer characteristics. On the background of thermographic studies the absence of chemical interaction between the components of a new combined dental gel for the treatment of gingivitis was proved.

DEVELOPMENT AND VALIDATION OF THE HPLC-PROCEDURE OF METOCLOPRAMIDE DETERMINATION IN BLOOD
The HPLC-procedure of metoclopramide quantitative determination in blood using amphiphylic solvent (acetonitrile) for analyte isolation at рН = 5 with further separation of organic layer under the conditions of aqueous phase saturation by ammonium sulphate has been developed for application in forensic and toxicological analysis. Validation of the developed procedure has been carried and the possibility of application of the method of calibration curve, method of standard and method of additions for metoclopramide quantitative determination in blood by the method of HPLC has been shown.
