Previously, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Ukraine Abdualiiev Alisher Khabibullaievych requested assistance of the NUPh Rector, academician of NAS of Ukraine, Professor V.P. Chernykh in the organization and holding of election on the basis of NUPh. In his letter Alisher Khabibullaievych underlined that students from the Republic of Uzbekistan and their parents speak positively about the organization of training and leisure activities of students in the NUPh, noting the high level of teaching and technical equipment of the educational process.
Voting at the polling station №21 was organized in the administrative building of the NUPh (53, Pushkinska str.). Here, citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan who study at the National University of Pharmacy, Kharkiv National Medical University, Kharkiv National University of Economics named after S. Kuznets exercised their right to choose the president. Voting was held from 8.00 to 20.00.
Adviser on Trade and Economic Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Ukraine Karimov Alisher Nishanovych visited the polling station №21 on the election day. Alisher Nishanovych thanked the NUPh administration for assistance in the organization of election: “Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Ukraine created the 21st polling station. I am very thankful to the NUPh administration for assistance, organization of the field election campaign in the university, for engaging our students in it. Since the very morning, it is seen an active participation of our citizens in the election and this, of course, pleases. Students come here to exercise their right to vote and to fulfill their duty to the Motherland.”
Students also expressed their gratitude to the Rector of the National University of Pharmacy V.P. Chernykh, faculty members for provision of quality education that they receive in the walls of the NUPh, for assistance in handling students’ problems.
