She graduated from the Ukrainian Pharmaceutical Academy in “Pharmacy” specialty (1990-1995), Semen Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics in “Marketing” specialty (2012-2015), the Kharkiv University of Humanities “People’s Ukrainian Academy” in “Translation” specialty (English language) (2013-2015), the Institute of Postgraduate Education of the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”, “Development of the Distance Learning Course” (2014), the Institution of Higher Learning “KROK University of Economics and Law” under “Information and communication technologies of distance learning: e-tutor” (2016).

She completed an internship at the International Institute of Innovations “Science-Education-Development” (Warsaw, Poland) in the direction of “Medicine and Pharmacy: Marketing in the Modern Economy, Science, Education and Practice. Management of Pharmaceutical Marketing” during six months (01.06.2016-30.11.2016) with a total volume of 150 hours.

She is the co-authored developer of elective parts of the educational-qualification characteristics and the educational-professional program of the industry standard of higher education for the educational-qualification level “Master”, branch of knowledge “Economics and Entrepreneurship” in specialty 8.03050701 “Marketing”.

She is also the co-authored developer of the educational program “Marketing”, branch of knowledge 07 Management and administration in the specialty 075 Marketing of the second (master) and the first (bachelor) levels of higher education.

Directions of her scientific research: theoretical-conceptual and applied principles of marketing communication strategies in the system of medicines’ promotion; practical aspects of development and implementation of socially responsible marketing PR-strategy of pharmaceutical enterprises; anti-crisis management of the marketing communications system; special features of marketing research in pharmacy; study of consumer behavior of pharmaceutical products; brand management and branding of stakeholders in the pharmaceutical sector of the healthcare industry, etc.

She performs her doctoral dissertation on the topic: “Theoretical and scientific-applied principles of marketing communications improvement in the system of medicines’ promotion in Ukraine”, specialty 15.00.01 – technology of medicines, organization of pharmaceutical business and forensic pharmacy.

Based on the results of scientific research,

Eight scientific-methodological recommendations approved by the PC “Pharmacy” of the Ministry of Health and of the Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine and coordinated by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine were developed and introduced into pharmaceutical practice and educational process of the higher medical (pharmaceutical) institutions; more than 230 printed scientific works were published, including 75 articles in professional journals of Ukraine and foreign countries, Pharmaceutical Encyclopedia. She is a co-author of 2 monographs. She also has author’s right certificates. Anzhela Borysivna is a co-author of 12 study guides, 5 of them with classification of the Ministry of Education and Science and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

Tasks and functions of Organizational and Analytical Sector:

  • Communication with other units, divisions and Departments of the NUPh, units and departments of the Ministry of Education and Science (MES), and Ministry of Health of Ukraine (MOH)
  • Exchange of experience with Pharmaceutical Faculties of pharmaceutical and medical higher education institutions
  • Participation in development of State Standards for Pharmaceutical Education
  • Development of orders, instructions, provisions and regulations of the University, and methodological recommendations aimed at achievement of activity goals
  • Organization of activity for development of standard methodological documentation at the Departments of the University
  • Organization of activity to receive classifications of the Ministry of Education and Science, and Ministry of Health of Ukraine, and their submission to the Ministries
  • Coordination and generalization of activity of 35 basic Departments (plans and reports of the basic Departments to the Scientific and Methodical Office of the MOH of Ukraine)
  • Organization of activity of the training center “Perspective” on study of reasonability of new specialties (service jobs)
  • Organization of psychological and sociological activity of the NUPh

Tasks and functions of Accreditation and Licensing Sector:

  • Coordination of activity of the Faculties and the Departments on licensing, accreditation and change of licensed volumes of training of specialists with higher education of the relevant educational and qualification levels
  • Provision of the Faculties and the Departments with documentation on licensing and accreditation
  • Development of activity plan for licensing and accreditation
  • Management of the Working Group on preparation of licensing (accreditation) file
  • Formation of licensing (accreditation) file and its monitoring in the MES of Ukraine
  • Organization and provision of activity of accreditation commissions
  • Implementation of measures for obtaining the License for educational activity, Accreditation Certificates

Tasks and functions of the Methodological Sector:

  • Study of best practices, development and introduction of innovative technologies for education and organization of the educational process
  • Analysis of scientific and methodological support of academic disciplines (subjects) of all the specialties of the NUPh
  • Development of the schedule of open (demonstration) training sessions and master class lectures
  • Analysis and preparation of educational and methodological materials developed by faculty members for consideration at the DEM
  • Preparation of document package for obtaining classifications of the Ministry of Education and Science, and Ministry of Health of Ukraine, and its submission to the Ministries
  • Organization and hosting competitions, exhibitions, presentations of educational and methodological materials
  • Updating database of the automated management system of the NUPh (of pharmacy management (maintenance of methodological module)
  • Visits and analysis of open (demonstration) training sessions and master class lectures
  • Provision of organizational and methodological support for the NUPh Departments on issues of educational and methodological support of the learning process
  • Coordination of teaching methodology assistants’ work at the Departments, their guiding and practical help on relevant directions of activity
  • Analysis of provision of the NUPh Departments and educational portal of the Center for Distance Learning Technologies of the NUPh with educational-methodical editions in educational disciplines
  • Participation in the organization and management of internal audit of educational and methodological activity of the NUPh Departments and analysis of its results

Tasks and functions of the Lifelong Learning Sector:

  • Maintenance of electronic database on improvement of the competence of academic staff
  • Provision of information to the NUPh Departments and units on professional development courses organized by other institutions and agencies
  • Coordination and approval of information on bases and terms of training for each member of the academic staff with Heads of the Departments and structural units
  • Development of a plan-schedule for professional development of the academic staff
  • Organization of “School of professional skills for higher education institution lecturers”

Tasks and functions of Sector for maintenance of automated systems for support of the learning process:

  • Maintenance, constant updating and analysis of the Unified State Electronic Database on education
  • Identification of opportunities and ways to create electronic database of the NUPh graduates and alumni
  • Organization of preparation and printing of the NUPh Diplomas
  • Updating the page of the Scientific Methodological (Scientific Research) Laboratory on Pharmaceutical Education on the NUPh Web-site
  • Technical support and maintenance of the automated management system of the NUPh
  • Identification of opportunities and ways to create workflow automated system of the NUPh

Sector for psychological support of participants of the educational process “Psychological Service”

Purpose of the psychological service of the NUPh is to ensure the availability of services in the field of applied psychology, create conditions for the full and harmonious development of participants of the educational process, form professionally-oriented personality, able to build his/her own strategy of professional life while maintaining psychological health.

Task of the psychological service of the NUPh:

  • to ensure the quality and the availability of psychological services for students, academic staff, parents and other staff of the University;
  • to improve the efficiency of the educational process based on practical application of the latest achievements of psychology;
  • to promote full personal and professional development of students;
  • to increase psychological culture of all participants in the educational process;
  • to ensure individual approach to the learning environment based on its psycho-pedagogical study and psychological support in the formation of mature, socially competent individual;
  • psychological help for teachers in their professional development;
  • protection of mental health of all members of the educational process, improvement of their psychological culture;
  • to create psychological conditions for formation of students’ motivation for self-improvement and professional self-development;
  • to prevent and correct deviations in personal development of students of the University.
