In the experiment on rats of different age groups showed that affection their by tuberculostatics against the intoxication by chromium causes cytolysis of hepatocytes, that manifested increasing in the serum of blood the activity of alanine aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase. In the animals observed signs of cholestasis, as indicated by increasing of the content of bilirubin and bile acids in the serum of blood. EFFECT OF GLUCOSAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE ON THE NARCOTIC SLEEP CAUSED BY ADMINISTRATION OF ALCOHOL AND PROTECTIVE EFFECT IN ACUTE TOTAL COOLING ON THE BACKGROUND OF ALCOHOL INTOXICATION
The research of glycosamine hydrochloride influence on alcohol narcotic sleep and protective effect in acute general cooling on the background of alcohol intoxication in experiment on mice. It was found that in alcohol-induced sleep influenced glucosamine hydrochloride in a dose 50 mg / kg in different administration routes (intraperitoneal and intragastric) has a pronounced anti-alcohol effect, as evidenced reduction in the number of animals that are sensitive to narcotic effects of ethanol and reducing drug sleep. Anti-alcohol effect of glucosamine hydrochloride is higler than the same effect of reference drug piracetam in a dose 200 mg/kg. Glucosamine hydrochloride in a dose 50 mg/kg significantly increased the lifetime of the animal with a sharp cold injury against drunkenness and without it, in contrast to the known frigoprotective drug acetylsalicylic acid, which proved to be ineffective in combined acute cold injury from alcohol intoxication. In the structure of endocrine diseases diabetes mellitus (DM) is second only to thyroid cancer. Therefore, optimization of diabetes therapy is one of the most pressing health and social issues of our time. It is known that the use of existing sarahosni capable of damaging drugs may be accompanied by a significant number of complications, it is especially dangerous in conditions of prolonged therapy. According to modern research, an important role in the pathogenesis of diabetes both types play an inflammatory cytokines, namely interleukin-1 (IL-1). The paper presents the results of an experimental study of hypoglycemic properties of receptor antagonist IL-1 raleukin obtained in St. Peterburgkom Institute VCBP, on the model of high-dose streptozocin diabetes in rats. Is shown in absolute insulin deficiency receptor antagonist interleukin-1 raleukin at 7 mg/kg exhibits hypoglycemic action by which exceeds that of the reference drug metformin. Conditional upon the effective dose of raleukin hypoglycemic activity 7 mg/kg may be used in further studies of its hypoglycemic properties. Raleukin is a promising drug for use in the treatment of type I diabetes metformin as an alternative or in combination with insulin, which will simultaneously affect several pathogenetic mechanisms diabetes. The article presents the results of the research of the diuretic activity of a thick extract of the birch leaves (HELBB) in the rats compared to the pills “Canephron®H”. It has been found that after a single administration of extract and drug of comparisons in terms of water stress for the animals in the first hour of the study, HELBB was not better than the product of comparisons for its diuretic activity, which significantly increased diuresis. A single administration of the drug and the drug of comparison had no effect on spontaneous diuresis of the animals, and seven-time administration has significantly increased diuresis, creatinine excretion and contributed to an increase in glomerular filtration rate (GFR ), and what is important the HELBB had a greater effect on these indicators. THE STUDY OF THE EFFECT OF MORPHOLINE 2-(5-(4-PYRIDYL)-4-(2-METHOXYPHENYL)-1,2,4-TRIAZOL-3-YLTHIO)ACETATE («TIOMETRIZOL») ON IMMUNE STATUS AND IMMUNE REACTIVITY ON CBA MICE AND WISTAR RATS
The effect of morpholine 2-(5-(4-pyridyl )-4-(2-methoxyphenyl)-1,2,4-triazol-3-ylthio)acetate (“Tiometrizol”) on the immune status and immune reactivity on CBA mice and Wistar rats has been studdied. To characterize the effect of the drug on the state of nonspecific resistance of unimmunized animals the next options have been determined: bactericidal activity of serum phagocytic activity of peripheral blood leukocytes. To characterize the effect of the drug on the development of humoral immune responses of animals immunized by sheep erythrocytes (T-dependent antigen) and by typhoid Salmonella lipopolysaccharide (T-independent antigen) the titers of antibody have been determined in the blood and the amount of antibody cells in the spleen. The expression of delayed-type hypersensitivity induced by sheep erythrocytes have been determined in rats to characterize the effect of the drug on the development of the immune response. Amino acids of ground ivy herb (Glechoma hederacea L.), collected in different regions, were investigated. Using the method of high-performance liquid chromatography, total content of amino acids in raw material and free amino acids were determined. Results of comparative analysis have shown that investigated samples of ground ivy herb contain significant amounts of non-essential amino acids: Glutamate, Proline, Alanine and Aspartate and essential ones: Arginine, Leucine and Threonine. Investigated raw materials contain the same composition of amino acids and differ in qualitative content. Key words: ground ivy, amino acids, high-performance liquid chromatography.

There is presented the results of the investigation of the lipophilic extracts from the leaves and fruits of Schisandra chinensis. There were identified 15 fatty acids in the extract from the leaves and 11 in the extract from the fruit of Schisandra chinensis. Unsaturated fatty acids dominated, its total content in the lipophilic extract of the leaves of Schisandra chinensis is 89.33 %, in the lipophilic extract of the fruit is 90.91 %. The content of the carotenoids and chlorophyll in the leaves of Schisandra chinensis were established, their quantities in the chloroform extract is 4.86 mg/g and 8.60 mg/g, in the methanolic extract is 4.29 mg/g and 7.22 mg/g, respectively.
