Twice a year, research team of Cybermetrics Lab (Spain) publishes the ranking Webometrics (integration of universities in the “World Wide Web”).
Webometrics ranks about 22 thousand higher education institutions in the world. The results are determined on the basis of indicators that show the scope and credibility of representation of HEIs in scientific and educational space, citation indexes of scientific papers, as scientific and teaching materials, popularity of all the components of the University activity in the Internet space.

According to the results, the National University of Pharmacy is ranked as follows:
- Among 299 higher education institutions of Ukraine, the NUPh holds the – 26th place (world – 4324),
- Among Kharkiv higher education institutions, the NUPh holds the 6th place,
- Among the medical institutions of higher education of Ukraine, the NUPh takes the – 3rd place.

- Among 300 higher education institutions of Ukraine, the NUPh holds the 28th place (world – 4309)
- Among Kharkiv higher education institutions, the NUPh holds the 6th place
- Among the medical institutions of higher education of Ukraine, the NUPh takes the 4th place

- Among 306 higher education institutions of Ukraine, the NUPh holds the 22th place (world – 3703)
- Among Kharkiv higher education institutions, the NUPh holds the 5th place
- Among the medical institutions of higher education of Ukraine, the NUPh takes the 3th place
