Gontova Tetiana – the Doctor of Pharmacy (2012), Professor, Head of the Department of Botany (since 2012). Born on 04/04/1969 in Kharkov city. In 1991 she completed Kharkiv pharmaceutical institute. From 1991 to 1993 she was Senior Assistant at the Department of Botany, from 1993 to 1996 was postgraduate. In 1996 she defended her thesis for the degree of candidate of pharmaceutical sciences on the topic «Pharmacognostic reseach of plants of the Corylus genus» (scientific director prof. Serbin A.G.). Since 1996 she was assistant of the Department, since 2001 was Assistant professor. In 2012 she defended her doctoral thesis for the degree of Doctor of pharmaceutical sciences on the topic «Pharmacognostic reseach of Violaceae and Borainaceae Family plants and the perspective use of them in medicine» (scientific consultant prof. Hvorost O.P.). Since 2012 she has been head of the Department of Botany.
Social activities:a member of the Scientific Council NUPh, approbation commissions on specialties NUPh 15.00.01 и 15.00.02 combined faculties Board, methodological Council NUPh.
He served as a member of the Organizing Committee for the preparation of the VIII National Congress of Pharmacists of Ukraine. In 2012, 2014, 2018 he was chairman of the Organizing Committees I, II and III International Scientific and Practical Internet-Conferences “Theoretical and Practical Aspects of Research of Medicinal Plants”.
From 2013, a member of the expert examination of the test materials for licensing exams “Krok-1” for the specialty “Pharmacy” from Botany. From November 2017 – Head of expert examination of test materials for licensing exams “Krok-1” for the specialty “Pharmacy” from Botany
Awarded an honorary certificate of the Kharkiv Regional Council (2015), an honorary diploma of the Association of Employers of the Medical and Microbiological Industries of Ukraine (2016) for the significant personal contribution to the development of the pharmaceutical industry of Ukraine, high professionalism, dedication and on the occasion of the celebration of the day of a pharmaceutical worker, an honorary diploma for many years, fruitful, creative work, contribution to the development of scientific and educational potential of the University, botanists on the occasion of the 45th anniversary of the founding of the department (2018).
Honors: Diploma of the Kharkov Regional (2015), Certificate of the association of employers’ organizations of the medical and microbiological industry of Ukraine (2016) for the weighty personal contribution to the development of the pharmaceutical industry of Ukraine, high professionalism, dedication and on the occasion of the celebration of the day of the pharmaceutical employee.
In 2014, the name of Gontova T. M. was included in the “Golden Book of Honor” for his significant contribution to the development of the university.
Educational and methodical work. Professor Gontova Tetiana is a co-author of 7 standard and 38 work programs for profile disciplines. She took an active part in the development of a teaching and methodical unit for pharmaceutical botany for applicants for higher education in the specialty “Pharmacy”, “Technologies of perfumery and cosmetics”, “Technologies of pharmaceutical preparations” and English-speaking students of the specialty “Pharmacy”. Professor Gontova Tetiana is a co-author of block of educational and methodological literature for full-time and part-time students, for foreign English-speaking students, including those with mark the Ministry of Health. Scientific works. Total number of scientific publications is 209, of them 60 are scientific articles, 12 articles in Pharmaceutical encyclopedia, 15 patents, 6 newsletters, 87 theses and reports.
Professor Gontova Tetiana reads a course of lectures and practical classes in pharmaceutical and medical botany for applicants of higher education specialty “Pharmacy”, full-time and part-time forms of study, for English-speaking students.
