NIGHT OF YOUTH SCIENCE-2025 IN WAR CONDITIONS
On May 19, 2025, scientists of the National University of Pharmacy took part in a popular science event for young scientists of Ukraine ‘NIGHT OF YOUTH SCIENCE-2025 IN WAR CONDITIONS’, organized by the Council of Young Scientists under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
The event was attended by more than 50 young scientists from 25 higher education institutions and scientific institutions of Ukraine.
The participants of the event were greeted by the Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Denys Kurbatov, who emphasized the importance of supporting the research of young scientists of Ukraine and the efforts of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in this direction, and the Head of the Council of Young Scientists under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine Olesya VASHCHUK.
The event was moderated by Anastasia Simakhova, First Deputy Head of the CYS under the Ministry of Education and Science.
The National University of Pharmacy was represented at the event by:
- Daryna HOROPASHNA, 4th year student of the third (educational and scientific) level of the EP Pharmacy, scientific supervisor Professor Lyudmila DERIMEDVID;
- Eduard DAVIDOV, 2nd year student of the third (educational and scientific) level of the EP Pharmacy, scientific supervisor Head of the Department of Pharmacology and Clinical Pharmacy Professor Serhiy SHTRYGOL;
- Oleksandr MASLOV, Assistant Professor of the Department of General Chemistry, Doctor of Philosophy.
During the event, the importance of continuing scientific activity even in difficult times, when knowledge, innovation and support for young people are extremely valuable for the future of Ukraine, was emphasized. The presentations and discussions aroused lively interest not only among students and fellow scientists but also among representatives of the public.
Youth science is not only an investment in the future but also a powerful tool for support and cohesion in times of challenge. We are proud of our postgraduate students and teachers, who represent the University at the all-Ukrainian level.
