UDС 661.12:658.562:615.07 ANALYSIS OF THE NON-THERAPEUTIC FACTORS CORRELATION IN ESTIMATING THE CLINICAL PARAMETERS IN A CLINICAL TRIAL V.Ye.Dobrova, K.L.Glyapa

The need for determining the influence of non-therapeutic factors on clinical parameters used in practically every clinical trial to estimate the patient’s/volunteer’s state, as well as the variables of tolerability and effectiveness, has been found. In order to ensure the accuracy of the further analysis regarding the expediency of taking into account the factors, which are not related with the treatment, the study of their relationship has been performed by correlation analysis using the estimates obtained after the questioning of experts. It has been found that the following pairs of factors: food (nutrition) (X1) and water and beverages (X2); the mode of life (X4) and the psychological impact of surrounding people (X5); different physical fields of the natural and technological origin (X6) and the inner search and intelligent actions of the patient himself (X7) are mutually closely related. By integration of the correlated factors with the similar semantic content the variants of models taking into account related factors have been proposed, and the authors plan to carry out the further research of their verification.

Key words: clinical trial, influence of non-therapeutic factors, correlation, estimation of clinical parameters
