The second meeting of the NUPh rector with HR specialists of pharmacy chains of Ukraine
The online event took place in the format of a tripartite meeting, in which, in addition to the NUPh and pharmacy chains, the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center joined.
The total number of participants was 23.
During the meeting, Alla Kotvitska, NUPh rector, summed up the results of the first meeting with HR specialists of pharmacy chains, which was dedicated to the problem of staffing and took place on February 16 of this year.
Deputy director of Kharkiv Regional Employment Center Olha Petrenko talked about compensation programs for employers from the employment service.
NUPh is positioned as a communication platform for all stakeholders: institutions of specialized education, pharmaceutical employers, state institutions, which are called to contribute to the creation of conditions for personnel support in the labor market.
As practice shows, such a partnership is expedient.
The NUPh team performs a social function, confirming responsibility for staffing the pharmacy of the future.
The Kharkiv Regional Employment Center has the opportunity to widely implement state compensation programs for the training and retraining of specialists in the conditions of a shortage of personnel in the pharmaceutical sector, which is classified by the state as one of the priority sectors of the economy.
Pharmacy chains get the opportunity to improve the quality of their staff with the help of state educational programs.
As a result, combining the efforts of all stakeholders helps to improve the quality of providing pharmaceutical care to the population.
