In the picturesque city of Chernivtsi, the International Student Scientific and Practical Conference “Ukrainian Hogwarts: The Gifts of Leadership” took place, becoming a unique platform for developing the leadership potential of young people from across the country.
The event brought together 70 students and representatives of 25 student self-government bodies from various regions of Ukraine.
The National University of Pharmacy was proudly represented at the conference by Viktoriia Brit, Head of the Career Guidance Sector.
Over three eventful days, participants exchanged experiences, presented their universities’ initiatives, and took part in panel discussions, training sessions, practical workshops, and masterclasses dedicated to developing leadership skills, building effective teams, enhancing emotional intelligence, and improving communication in times of challenge.
Special attention was given to student self-government issues, fostering horizontal connections between student organizations, and creating a space for mutual support.
The name “Ukrainian Hogwarts” is symbolic: just like in the magical school, every participant had the chance to discover their unique “gifts” — leadership qualities, a talent for collaboration, and the ability to inspire others.
The event concluded with the creation of a shared vision for the future of the student movement in Ukraine and the establishment of an informal community of young leaders ready to implement changes in their universities and communities.
“Ukrainian Hogwarts: The Gifts of Leadership” is more than just a conference. It is a starting point for new ideas, partnerships, and leadership journeys.
