Autobiography
Heorhiiants Viktoriia was born on August 12, 1965 in Kharkiv. Graduated with honors from Kharkov Pharmacy Institute (1987). Worked as: Senior Laboratory Assistant, Assistant (1987), Associate Professor (1994) of the Department of Pharmacy Chemistry, Head of the Scientific and Methodological (Research) Laboratory for Pharmacy Education (1999–2003), Head of the Department of Quality, Standardization and certification of medicines, professor (since 2005), Vice-rector for scientific and pedagogical work (2005–2008), Director of the State Scientific and Educational Institution of Ukraine (2008); Head of the Department of Pharmacy Chemistry (since 2010).
Scientific achievements: Head of research works of NUPh on the topic “Development and validation of methods of quality control and industrial production (state registration number 0108U000376 and 0114U000949).
Areas of research: molecular modeling and purposeful synthesis of promising BARs for the treatment of epilepsy in a number of symmetric malonic acid diamides and nitrogen-containing heterocycles; research in the field of standardization and validation of analytical methods of quality control of pharmacy factory and pharmacy manufacture. Heorhiiants Viktoriia defended PhD thesis on “Search for new anticonvulsants in a number of malonic acid derivatives” (1990) and a doctoral thesis on “Purposeful synthesis of anticonvulsants in a series of aryl (alkyl) amides of malonic acid” (2004).The author of more than 800 scientific and educational works (including abstracts), among them: 10 monographs and textbooks, 10 textbooks, including 2 – in English, 91 patents, 10 methodological developments, 6 copyright certificates, 29 fact sheets , more than 250 conference articles and materials.As an invited lecturer, she taught lectures in pharmaceutical chemistry for students of Sana’a State University (Yemen) (2003, in English), at Tajik National University (2011, in Russian), at Kazakhstan National Medical University (2013, in Russian), at the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences under the Erasmus + program (2017, in English). Academician of the Academy of Higher Education of Ukraine (2017), Honored Worker of Science and Technology (2016), “Excellence in Education” (2005) , Kharkiv Regional State Administration, National University of Pharmacy.
Social activities. Chairman of Subcommittee 226 “Pharmacy, Industrial Pharmacy” of Scientific and Methodological Commission 12 on Health and Social Security of the Scientific and Methodological Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (until February 2019), Chairman of the profile committee on chemical disciplines of the National University of Pharmacy, Scientific Secretary of the Specialized Council at the National University of Pharmacy D 64.605.01, an official observer of the United States Pharmacopoeia Convention on Pharmacopoeia; Editor-in-Chief of ScienceRise. Pharmaceutical Sciences “, member of the editorial board of” Scripta Scientifica Pharmaceutical”(Bulgaria),” Bulletin of the Tajik National University “(Tajikistan),” Science and Innovation “(Tajikistan),” Bulletin of Pharmacy “,” Journal of Organic and Pharmaceutical Chemistry “,” Pharmaceutical Journal, Management, Economics and Quality Assurance in Pharmacy, Member of the Lithuanian Pharmacy Association (since 2018). Head of the line “Drugs made in pharmacies. Standardization »of the State Pharmacopoeia of Ukraine, independent expert of the State Pharmacopoeia of Ukraine, member of the Central Board of Attestation at the State Service for Drugs and Drug Control. Representative of the National University of Pharmacy in the Pharmine (pharmacy education in Europe) educational project of the European Association of Faculties of Pharmacy, official observer at the US Pharmacopoeia NUPh. Participated in many scientific conferences, including oral presentations.
Scientific school. Has trained 8 Doctors of Sciences and 20 Candidates of Sciences.
Membership in professional associations. Member of International Association of Pharmacy, Representative of NUPh in PHARMINE.
