This year, Kyiv became the epicenter of an important event that brought together more than 500 young people from all over Ukraine — the All-Ukrainian Youth Forum “State Builder: Generation of Resilience.”
Among the participants of this significant event were students of the National University of Pharmacy — Amira Avad and Anastasiia Ryzhuk — who successfully passed the selection process and earned the opportunity to be part of this large-scale national initiative.
The forum, which gathered representatives from various regions of Ukraine, united program graduates, activists, students, members of youth councils, and volunteer initiatives. This generation is not just the hope for the future — they are the ones already making changes today. Young people are not waiting for change to come; they are implementing it right now, working in their communities, in education, and in dialogue with the state.
The theme of this year’s forum was “Rebuilding Ukraine” — not just restoring infrastructure, but also shaping a new management culture that is open, responsible, and modern. Throughout the event, participants had the opportunity to discuss the challenges we face today, as well as to share ideas for the future reconstruction of the country. Special attention was given to the actions that are already actively shaping a safe, innovative, and comfortable environment for citizens.
Deputy Minister for Reconstruction Kostiantyn Kovalchuk emphasized that rebuilding must follow the principle of “better than it was.” “This applies not only to infrastructure, but also to governance principles, approaches to public administration, where every citizen feels their involvement and responsibility,” he noted during a panel discussion.
Youth is the foundation of any country, and events like this are the backbone of national unity. Where there is trust and a willingness to act, a new Ukraine is born. It is being built not only on ruins, but also on ideas, innovations, and people who are determined to move forward without stopping at what has been achieved.
This forum became a platform for dialogue and for finding solutions that allow united communities to endure, develop, and build a bright future. Responsible, brave, creative, and above all, active youth are what will ultimately help Ukraine become a strong and independent state. And we can already see how these processes are changing the country for the better.
