PHARMQUEST. CODE OF INVINCIBILITY: exclusively from NUPh for Kharkiv schoolchildren
Entertaining and educational program PHARMQUEST. CODE OF INVINCIBILITY was held by the National University of Pharmacy on May 1 in the Regional Center for Children’s and Youth Creativity.
Kharkiv schoolchildren, invited to participate in the event, united in 9 teams and enthusiastically and actively revealed the secrets of pharmacy, pharmacology, chemistry, and medicinal plants.
Their achievements were evaluated by a professional jury headed by acting rector of the NUPh, professor Alla Kotvitska.
Among participants were 111 schoolchildren of Kharkiv lyceums No. 3, 4, 5, 12, 13, 18, 29, 30, 31, 53, 65, 68, 73, 75, 80, 97, 98, 106, 107, 109, 131, 141, 143, 144, 153, 156, 161, 173 and gymnasium No. 117.
At the first stage of the quest, each team worked on extraordinary locations prepared by the NUPh teaching staff: the PRO_JUNGLE location was presented by the Department of Pharmacognosy and Nutriciology; the PRO_CELL location was organized by the Department of Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics; the location PRO_SAVING LIFE was created by the Department of Pharmacology and Pharmacotherapy ; the PRO_BEAUTY location was prepared by the Department of Cosmetology and Aromology; the location PRO_MEDICINES was presented by the Department of Medicinal Chemistry .
The participants of the quest competed, demonstrating their creative abilities, as well as building DNA molecules. The latter contain our code of invincibility, the code of the reinforced concrete hero city of Kharkiv, which lives, works and develops in the extremely difficult conditions.
The participants of the quest received gratitude and gifts from the NUPh, in addition to new useful knowledge, bright positive emotions, sincere smiles, and extraordinary experience.
Thus, NUPh continues to generate and implement new projects for young people with unwavering faith in the future of our native city, the center of pharmaceutical education of Ukraine. NUPh is on the side of health, strong will, and good deeds!
