The Order of St. Panteleimon marks the highest achievements in the field of healthcare in Ukraine of professionals who have made a significant contribution to ensuring the healthcare of Slobozhanshchyna. The Order of St. Panteleimon is a public award for noble and humanistic activities that support the spiritual development of Ukrainian society and strengthen the health of the nation.
Traditionally, the selection of nominees for the award is carried out by the Kharkiv Regional Council of the Order of St. Panteleimon award, which includes the acting rector of the National University of Pharmacy Alla KOTVITSKA. The head of the council is Viktor ZABASHTA – director of the KNP of the Kharkiv Regional Council Center for Emergency Medical Care and Disaster Medicine.
During the event, welcoming remarks were made by the Chairman of the Kharkiv Regional Council of the Order of St. Panteleimon, Viktor ZABASHTA, and the Chairman of the Honorable Council of the Order of St. Panteleimon, Vasyl KNYAZEVYCH.
The participants of the event witnessed the awarding of honorary diplomas to the best representatives of the healthcare sector of the Kharkiv region – for selfless service, high professionalism and civic virtues during the war of Ukraine for its independence.
Also during the celebrations, civilian doctors were awarded in the nominations The Best Doctor – a Standard of the Profession, Heart of Medicine, Innovator of the Year, Model of Service to Society, as well as military doctors – in the nominations Hero of the Medical Front and Support on the Line of Life. Medical institutions competed for victory in the nomination Fortress of Health.
The event became a symbol of unity, strength, and dedication to the profession of doctors, pharmacists, scientists, and all representatives of the healthcare community.
