The group of auditors was led by the head of Management System Certification Authority of LLC ICQ “Prirost” (DQS-Ukraine) Oleksandr Yuriiovych Beregovenko, the group also included auditor of this authority, Viktor Andriiovych Voloskovets and auditor – expert Liana Fedorivna Shapran.
All documentation of QMS, activity of administrative and subordinate structural subdivisions, as well as selectively for some NUPh Departments, was analyzed in the course of the audit. There were audited more than 30 processes that ensure the functioning of the QMS of the University. The auditors have documented that the activities of the NUPh comply with the requirements of ISO 9001, including the ability to plan its activities in accordance with regulatory requirements and expectations of customers, implement and monitor management, core and supporting processes established and regulated by algorithms, and also to apply mechanisms for ongoing monitoring and improving of the management system. The auditors underlined the apparent willingness and ability of the entire staff of the University to make every effort to ensure high quality of educational services and continuous development. Separately, the auditors noted the role of the University administration in the process of formation and implementation of QMS, which was the result of creativity and hard work of the Rector academician of NAS of Ukraine Valentyn Petrovych Chernykh and First Vice-Rector – representative of administration for quality issues – Prof. Alla Anatoliivna Kotvitska.
