27 February, 2019 at the National University of Pharmacy a series of trainings-seminars of pharmaceutical company “Servier Ukraine” was started out – “Brand and Generic Medicines” for students of 4-5 courses (3-4 courses, studying under the reduced programme) of the Pharmaceutical Faculty and 4-5 courses at the Faculty of Medical and Pharmaceutical Technologies.
Zahaiko Andrii Leonidovych, vice-rector for scientific and pedagogical work, professor, started off the event. On behalf of the university administration, he greeted all participants of the training and mentioned that on the one hand, the bilateral format of cooperation with representatives of practical pharmacy is an integral part of quality education, and on the other hand, it allows employers to assess the potential of future specialists before they enter the labor market.
Training was held by “Servier Ukraine” representatives: Tetiana Tkachuk, recruiting specialist, and Olga Babich, training specialist who, in the format of live communication with the audience, introduced the participants to the seminar on the history of the creation and establishment of the company “Servier” and the peculiarities of each stage of the creation of innovative medicines means – from the synthesis of molecules with potential pharmacological activity to postmarketing studies.
The training cycle will be continued on February 28 and March 1 (room10, 4Valentynivska St.), starting at 15.00. To participate in trainings you must register. Moderator of trainings at NUPh – Head of the research department for clinical work – Briukhanova Tetiana Oleksandrivna, Candidate of Biological Sciences. The cycle of trainings-seminars is carried out in cooperation with the practice department and the promotion of employment (the head of the department is Barkovska Oksana Yakivna).
