Since 2015, a quality management system has been introduced, certified for compliance with the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2008 standard.
In April 2019, based on the results of the scheduled audit, the audit team recommended to DQS to confirm the certificate of compliance of the quality management system of NUPh with the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard.
On March 1, 2021 NUPh received certificates of the International Organization for Certification for compliance with the requirements of ISO 14001: 2015 and ISO 50001: 2018.
Currently, the university has three ISO standards (quality, eco- and energy management systems) in force at the same time, and the system itself has been given the status of an Integrated Management System (IMS NUPh).
The mission of NUPh is to develop the national healthcare sector through comprehensive training of competent specialists at the level of standards of the European Higher Education Area.
The Vision of NUPh – we are a well-recognized institution of higher education in pharmaceutical and medical fields, a leader in national rankings and a worthy representative of the Ukrainian scientific school in European and world rankings of educational institutions.
To fulfill this mission, the NUPh team constantly and persistently works on:
enhancement of the academic staff competence;
improvement of methods and means of the educational process, the educative and vocational guidance work;
expansion and strengthening of the international relations;
enhancement of the level of scientific researches and formation of the worldwide recognized scientific schools;
reducing environmental impacts and preventing environmental pollution;
improvement of works on efficient operation of energy equipment, purchase of energy efficient products and services, development and implementation of energy efficient pr.
The NUPh strategic goal is to consolidate a position of the best pharmaceutical higher education institution in Ukraine and the CIS countries, as well as to ensure a worthy position in the European and world higher education rankings. Achievement of the set goals is planned to become effective by means of the Integrated management system.
