NUPh SUPERVISORS-MENTORS:
SUMMARY OF THE YEAR
On May 7 and June 6, 2024, the final meetings of supervisors of academic groups of I-V years students were held
The head of the Department of Fundamental, Social and Humanitarian Sciences, associate professor Olha NAZARKO noted, the questions that are covered at the meetings are always relevant:
- the results of the collection of Ukrainian-language books “One Ukrainian – one book”;
- preparatory English courses for bachelors;
- “Guide of barrier-free events”, which was created within the framework of the first lady Olena Zelenska’s “Without barriers” initiative;
- weekly Language Club “English club: vocabulary for KROK-1”;
- Literary Club from the Student Self-Government to the Day of Remembrance and Victory over Nazism in the Second World War 1939-1945;
- Flash mob #Letter_to_mother for Mother’s Day;
- #Vysyvanka_NFaU flash mob for World Vysyvanka Day;
- a special issue within the framework of the “NUPh-2 Podcast” project for the Day of Remembrance of the Victims of the Genocide of the Crimean Tatar People.
Supervisors were invited to join together with the winners.
As a result of the work done together with the Student Self-Government, the Regulation ‘On the Procedure for Forming a Rating of NUPh Students” was updated. The update of the indicators of the rating of the personal achievements of the winners was presented at the final meeting by the vice-rector, prof. Victoriia Kuznietsova.
At the end of the academic year, the annual competition ‘The Best NUPh Student 2024″ is held, which was announced by the vice-rector, prof. Inna VLADYMYROVA.
The head of the educational process organization and social affairs department Yevgenia KALASHNYK announced the educational content for June and invited supervisors and students to join the Official page of the Student Self-Government Conference of NUPh, Telegram channel “NUPh speaks”.
According to the results of the work in 2023/2024, the most active supervisors and student-mentors received NUPh awards.
