UDС 615.254.7:616.61-008.64:57.084.1 RESEARCH OF FLAROSUCCIN INFLUENCE ON ELECTROLYTE METABOLISM IN THE EXPERIMENTAL KIDNEY INSUFFICIENCY IN RATS T.I.Yermolenko, I.A.Zupanets, I.A.Otrishko

The influence of Flarosuccin syrup in comparison with Phytolysin paste on the indexes of electrolyte metabolism in rats (the content of calcium and phosphorus in the blood and their excretion with urine) has been studied. It has been determined that on the model of ethylene glycol kidney insufficiency in rats the medicine in the dose of 2.0 ml/kg promotes increase of the level of calcium in the blood and its excretion with urine and decrease of the phosphorus content in the blood and increase of its day excretion. The higher ability of Flarosuccin compared with the reference medicine Phytolysin has been shown to provide the renewal of electrolyte balance in the organism of rats with the experimental kidney insufficiency. Pharmacological advantages of Flarosuccin syrup on the model of kidney insufficiency in rats creates preconditions for its future application as a pharmacological corrector with the nephroprotective and urolytolitical action. Further studies will be aimed at in-depth research of peculiarities of pharmacodynamics of the medicine inestigated and its possible application in different variants of kidney pathology with the elements of stone formations.

Key words: Flarosuccin, Phytolysin, experimental kidney insufficiency, electrolyte metabolism
