At the request of the students and the staff who wanted to learn more about the exposure, now a works of art can be seen in the cozy reading room until March12.
Spring mood to the visitors was given by marvellous embroideries, paintings, toys, scrap works, knittings of the regular participants and beginners who from the very beginning had proven themselves worthy. There were presented works of various techniques: decoupage, quiling, floristry, cross stitching, ribbon embroidery, bead embroidery, coffee tree, coconut shell products, jewelry box and vase made of pasta, rice and other similar products.
As the organizers remark, less works are exhibited this year (54 participants, each of them with at least three exhibit items), but they are of higher quality and are made with great zeal. And again children of the NUPh staff participate in the competition, demonstrating their skills and inimitable imagination, and the NUPh College students who show positive attitude and creative inspiration.
It should be noted that only new, unique works, none of which was exhibited in the previous five exhibitions are accepted every year. Some visitors were so impressed with the talent of the authors that wanted to learn how to make themselves something like that or to buy favorite exhibit.
Accountant of the NUPh staff trade union G.M. Altukhova shared her impressions and emotions from the exhibition: “Quality of the works and imagination are impressive… It differs a lot from last year’s exhibition – less exhibits but better quality! Lovely children’s works (jewelry-box in gold, drawings, etc.). A special place occupy embroideries, they are great. Thanks to all participants for their talent and inspiration”.
