This method for evaluation of tolerability when studying drug bioequivalence has been proposed. While its developing a generalized block diagram for carrying out the research in accordance with the requirements of ICH GCP and the algorithm of statistical planning and evaluation of tolerability/safety have been proven. The peculiarities and implementation possibilities of this algorithm have … Continue reading UDC 661.12:658.562:615.07 DEVELOPMENT OF METHODS OF TOLERABILITY ASSESSMENT FOR STUDYING DRUG BIOEQUIVALENCE V.Ye.Dobrova

It has been determined that isolation of mianserin from the biological material by acidified acetonitrile (according to I.Szrzedzinski’s method) is more effective for forensic and toxicological examination than isolation by neutral acetone (by V.A.Kartashov’s method) and chloroform. Resolution of the methods in relation to mianserin was 24.8±2.4%, 11.3±1.0% and 17.7±1.5%, respectively. Detection of mianserin isolated … Continue reading UDC 615.065:547.728.54.061/062]001.8 DIAGNOSTICS OF MORTAL MIANSERIN POISONINGS BY THE RESULTS OF TOXICOLOGICAL RESEARCH S.V.Bayurka, S.A.Karpushina
